About Us

Cedar Creek Country Club Property Owners Association

The Cedar Creek Country Club community was established in the late 1960’s when the property was developed, the original clubhouse built and the golf course was designed and built.  The community has grown to approximately 270 homes.  Our residents represent an interesting mix of active retirees, young families and some weekend residents.  Property owners enjoy a relaxed lifestyle that includes water sports, fishing, golfing and tennis (for residents who join the country club) along with beautiful scenic vistas of the lake.

The CCCC community is supported with excellent local schools, wonderful area churches, fine dining and offers many volunteer opportunities.

Many property owners choose to join the Cedar Creek Country Club.  Please visit their website at: www.cedarcreekcountryclub.com  or contact them at 903-498-6761.  The POA urges all property owners to visit the club and ask about the different levels of membership available.  Our Community needs to support the Country Club since its success is directly tied to all our property values.  The golf course and clubhouse provide a stable monetary influence on the investment we have in our homes and helps us retain positive resale value of our properties.

Membership to the POA is voluntary with nominal yearly dues (currently $35 a year). The Board of Directors is comprised of resident volunteers who help promote and organize the association and its activities.
